Case Study: Streamlined Data

A firm of Financial Advisers has a system which records client data. This covers about 90% of their needs but couldn't produce a report showing the breakdown of their clients' investments.

The necessary data was in their system so we created a link to it and wrote a program that produced the report they required. We achieved this without the firm having to retype any data and therefore saved around two days a week for a member of staff.

Case Study: Eliminate Data Entry

One of our clients sells products online which are offered to them beforehand via email. Initially, when an email arrived, someone would have to input the details and post them to the web. We were able to automate this process so that the website automatically pulled the information from their email as it arrived, saving the company thousands of pounds each year.

Case Study: Meaningful Management Information

One client had a huge system which ran their company. They wanted meaningful Management Information which could be run either month by month or between any two periods. We created a program which not only reported the data but also offered summarised reports with detail hidden but immediately accessible.

All reports could be printed, stored or emailed.
