Whenever you feel your computer isn’t doing what you’d like or you can’t achieve the result you want, our team can help. Support is delivered by phone, email, remote access, or on-site visit.

Network Support

Network support is different from IT support in that it focuses on the specific aspects of network infrastructure and communication, rather than the general use of information technology products or systems. Network support requires specialized knowledge and skills in network design, administration, and security. It involves working with vendors or service providers to ensure the quality and reliability of network services. Network support is often integral to IT support but if you require this to be separate, we are happy to work within your specific Business Requirements

Cybersecurity is distinct from IT support or network support, which deal with the general operation and maintenance of your IT products or systems. Cybersecurity requires specialized expertise and tools in threat intelligence, risk management, and incident response, and may involve collaborating with law enforcement or regulators to ensure your security.

Data Backup Management

Your data is the most important part of your business. We take its protection very seriously.

Data backup management is a service that ensures the availability and security of your data in case of any disaster, accident, or malicious attack. We will discuss a backup strategy with you based on the amount of data that you have and your budget. We prioritise the speed of recovery in the event of a disaster but also take into account the physical location of your backups (everyone has heard the story of the company who lost all their backups, along with the originals in a fire).

We will manage the process for you, let you know if it is not working or if the media has not been swapped. We do not keep copies of your data ourselves.

Data backup management is an essential component of any cybersecurity strategy, as it protects your data from being compromised or corrupted by cyber threats.

Custom System Creation

We have written systems for many different industries including Architects, Energy Efficiency, Car Park Barrier Management, Paint Spraying and Agricultural production. Some systems are end-to-end workflow, managing the entire business whilst others do a simple job, like moving data from one system to another.

We always start by seeing if the required results can be achieved with commercially available software but once a unique need has been established, we can create a tailor the software to whatever you need.

Here are a couple of examples of systems we’ve created. All are based around speed and ease of use.

End-to-End BackOffice System for a Car Park Barrier Company. The system keeps all client, site location and asset details. It allocates work to engineers, creates, and renews all client contracts.

One feature we loved was “Engineer is near” If an engineer is onsite but finishes early, the system will find other outstanding work nearby. The efficiency saving has been immense.

Tracks all elements used in the production of the Companys' inoculants. Runs production and logs all QC checks.

Task Management System.

Tasks are created from emails received or workflow process. They can be dragged to other users or completed. A series of automated actions follow from completion, depending on client requirements.

One of our more fun projects was writing a system to allocate the judging panel to see shows for The Leicester Comedy Festival Awards.

Services Section 6

We linked to the ticketing system and downloaded all the show information, then allocated to the judges with a drag and drop process. We then uploaded the results to a private website for the judges to see their allocation and reviews the shows seen.

Rental Hardware

We are unique in the market to offer completely managed rental solutions on Servers, Workstations and Laptops. Some of our Clients rent their entire IT infrastructure from us!

Offering a rental model was something we did to remove the grey areas from support – if there’s a problem with the equipment, we fix it! You are responsible for insuring it and not breaking it but everything else is covered.

We can offer spot hire if you are suddenly without the equipment you need, but most of our contracts are long term, where all servicing, upgrades and support are included.

We are proud to be a Microsoft Partner, which gives us priority access to Top Technicians on the rare occasions when we need them. We can supply all Microsoft Products and our team regularly undergo training on their latest innovations.
